As one of Western Canada’s leading suppliers of premiere instrumentation products, Zimco proudly distributes 20+ specialty product lines from across North America and Europe. We are the exclusive dealer for many top-of-the-line manufacturers of pumps, valves, gauges, tubing, and other products where quality is absolutely critical. We maintain one of the largest inventories in Canada and our experienced, knowledgeable staff is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

While we distribute certain select products nationwide, our headquarters and sales centre is located in Calgary. We operate in Western Canada, covering British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

We ensure every single item leaving our facility is packed to the highest standards. Large items are custom packed in crates constructed on-site. Smaller items are boxed and secured safely. We also partner with some of the best in-class transport companies that share our values in customer service.

Sophisticated forecasting MRP programs provide the right product, at the right time, challenging us to excel at our on-time customer deliveries. Zimco’s extensive product inventory is one more example of our commitment to customer service.

In Stock items are products that ship quickly or are available in our warehouse for immediate shipment, prompting our Shipping Department to expedite your order ASAP.

Some items we distribute may be Special Order. Special Orders are often custom, specific, or unique products that are difficult for us to pre-order or stock. Our Purchasing Department can immediately place a Special Order with our vendor to fill. Delivery times are item specific.

We leverage and negotiate competitive prices on a diverse and broad range of quality products that are fully compliant with the laws and regulations of the countries they, and we, operate in. We regularly conduct background checks for unethical or illegal behavior on our 20+ reputable and ethical suppliers. In the event of any faulty product, customers can rest assured we will support them.
