Features: The CEJN High-pressure hose is a spiralized steel reinforced polymer hose that picks up where conventional product capabilities stop. It gives you ultra-high working pressure with maintained flexibility through entire life. Its low volumetric expansion gives fast response time in hydraulic systems while the smooth inner bores provide a minimized pressure drop. A long-lasting service time and extended hose life in even the toughest applications is a result of the kinkresistant steel-reinforced construction, abrasion-resistant covers and a superior chemical resistance. The small outside diameter makes the hose ideal for tight routing.
• Ultra-high working pressures
• Maintained flexibility through entire service life
• Low volumetric expansion
• Smooth inner bores
• Kink-resistant steel-reinforced construction
• Abrasion-resistant covers
• Small outside diameter
• Superior chemical resistance
Features: CEJN Alert Ring
– Visual safeguards to ensure proper connection
In rough and stressful work environments there is always a risk that the coupling may not be completely connected, CEJN alert ring is a visual safeguard to ensure proper connection. If the red ring is visible, the coupling isn’t connected.
Hydraulic Couplings
Features: CEJN Hydraulic couplings are suitable for applications with operating pressures reaching up to 10,153 PSI (700 bar). By using CEJN Hydraulic couplings, pollution through hydraulic fluid leakage is reduced and helps to protect the environment from harm. Presented here are couplings, nipples, and pressure testing systems for all types of hydraulic applications.

Hydraulic Swivels
Features: Available from CEJN are swivel connections for high-pressure hydraulic applications. The swivels are especially suitable for use in confined areas and for bolt tensioner tools, torque wrenches, cylinders, bearing pullers etc. The swivel connections offer increased flexibility for hose kits and their swivel function allow a 360° movement up to full working pressure. This ensures that no twist or torque is transferred to the hose. As a result, the hoses’ service life is prolonged and the handling is made easier for the operator.
