Backflow Test Kit Certification
Features: Zimco Instrumentation Inc. is recognized by the City of Calgary to offer a complete Backflow Valve Test Kit certification and restoration service. We guarantee the quality of our work and provide a sound program for all makes of Backflow Test Kits and related accessories. We will restore any Test Kit to its new or original condition. All Backflow Test Kits will be immediately packaged and labeled. Orders are processed in a timely manner.
Zimco’s Backflow Test Kit program is recognized by the City of Calgary and provides a certificate valid for 1 year from calibration date. We track all test certificates so that in the event of a lost certificate we are able to provide a copy from our records.
Pressure Gauge Calibration
Features: Zimco Instrumentation Inc. offers a complete gauge calibration and restoration service. We guarantee the quality of our work and provide a sound program for all makes of pressure gauges and related accessories. We will restore any gauge to its new or original condition. All gauges will be immediately packaged and labeled. Orders are processed in a timely manner. All gauges following our servicing will have been calibrated. Dead weight testing will be done if requested. Gauges will be guaranteed to have an accuracy equal to the manufacturers’ original stated standard.
1. Clean all working parts of the gauge
2. Replace where necessary all dial, movement, case and link screws
3. Where deemed necessary by our inspection and test standards, any severely worn or defective movement and/or link assemblies will be replaced with good workable parts
4. Gauges calibrated to factory specifications
5. Dead weight tested upon request
6. Replace all broken, cracked or blemished lenses
7. Clean all mounting threads
8. Clean and repaint the interior and exterior surfaces of the case and ring
9. Gauges found by our inspection to be beyond economical repair will be returned, upone request, to our customer on a no-charge basis
